Our Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Here's our return policy:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned within 5 days of receipt.
  • Condition:The return will only be accepted if we find the item in the same condition as it was delivered i.e unused, proper tags etc.
  • Refund Process: We will refund your money after we receive the product. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account. In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, a refund will be done through NEFT, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund amount, to reflect in your bank account. For COD orders, COD charges(₹49) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. For Prepaid orders, a processing fee of 3% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Exchange Option: Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color. Exchange of the product is subject to the availability of stock. If the product you asked for in exchange is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping pick-up will be done by us, at no extra charges. However, there will be only one Return shipping pick-up provided for one order. Return shipping Pick Up is subject to service availability in your area pin code. In exceptional circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pick-up is not available in your area. If your return pickup is not completed within 24-48 hours of approval, please reach out to us so we can reinitiate the request with our courier partners. In some areas, pickup delays are beyond our control, and we may need to follow up to ensure the process is completed. If we are not informed and the 5-day return/exchange window expires, we may be unable to process your request.
